4. Delivery & Shipping Policy

·         We offer fast and express delivery throughout Kenya.

·         Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi at cost shown at the check-out using your preferred courier & delivery timelines.

·         Delivery times outside Nairobi vary based on the location and logistics partner used.

·         No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

·         Nairobi deliveries are typically fulfilled within the same day after order confirmation. For Out of Nairobi (Rest Of Kenya) locations, delivery is completed next day if order is confirmed/received by 3:00 PM.

5. Returns & Refunds

·         Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the product is wrong or damaged, contact us right away.

·         Returns are considered at our discretion, in accordance with the conditions below.

·         Eligible return reasons:

o   Wrong product delivered

o   Product damaged during shipping

o   Valid warranty claims

·         Ineligible reasons:

o   Damage after delivery

o   Change of mind

o   Accessory-only returns (unless rejected immediately at delivery)

Return Process:
